1.     How to participate? *Account details will be provided upon confirmation of booking.

3.     What will be the program?

Refer to Item 7.

4.     Where is our meet up point?

The participant need to drive straight to the Villa. However, you may seek Hamizar or Siren for further assistant. We will engage a runner to accommodate necessary assistant on the event day.

5.     How about food?

5.1.   Dinner: a 7 dishes course. Per table of 6 pax.

- Steam Rice with Pandan Leaves.

- Eastern Style Tandoori Chicken.

- Mushroom Soup.

- Butter Prawns.

- Roasted Barbeque Chicken

- Fried Chinese Cabbage with Shintake mushroom.

- Mix Fruits (Dessert).

- Mix Fruits Cocktail(Drinks).

5.2.   Breakfast (To be monitored by Hotel Front Desk):-

 Type 1. Local Set

- Chinese Fried Rice or Hometown Fried Rice served with Telur Mata, Keropok sayur, Chicken wing, Nugget Tempura.

- Buffet Counter – Coffee, Tea, Cordial, Sky juice, toast bread, cereal & fruit

 Type 2. Western Set

- Chicken Ham Omelet, Mini Cocktail, Pasta Salad & Garden Salad.

OR

- French Toast, Hashbrown, Pasta Salad, Garden Salad comes with mushroom soup.

- Buffet counter – Coffee, Tea, Cordial, Sky juice, toast bread, cereal & fruit.

6.     Terms and Condition.

- Once payment is made, the participant attendance is confirm.

- Availability will be on first come first serve basis base on booking date.

- Payment made is non-refundable.

- Any cancellation will not be entertain once payment is made.

8.00pm : Dinner is served!

9.00pm : Word by Mr. Sirenjivee.

9.30pm : Photo Session.

9.55pm : Event Closing. Word by Mr. Hamizar.

10.05pm : Sweet Dream or may continue at your own pace.

8.                 What will be the participation fee?

Per Pax(Incl. Door Gift for principal participant).

Important!

- Per Pax refers to One Person fee(i.e., either Adult or Children is consider Per pax)

- Door gift is only given to registered MIS or Ex-MIS of TS staff(Principal).

- Souvenir compliments would be given to Spouse and Children.

Option 1. Dinner Only (i.e., on 04/11/2017, Sat). : RM60.00. Maximum Pax : *50 persons.(To be improvise if exceeded the Maximum Pax)

Option 2. Overnight. Maximum Pax : 70 person. 2 days (Incl. Dinner & Hotel Stay, (04/11), Breakfast (05/11)). Refer to tabulation to select the relevant option.
